  1. As Cliff Richard would say.....'Congratulations'.
To the two ladies who won the prizes...! :).

What can be said of Alfred Hitchcock, that has'nt
already been said...Classic stuff! Could'nt even
pick out a best film...watch them..over and over.
What was he used to say...."Good Evening..". In
    that unique voice of his.
Oh! And, going off on a tangent...I picked up the
Times in Costa this morn'in...Guess! Who's one
hundred years old to~day...1st of July..born in
Tokyo, Japan...! I could'nt believe it......
    Olivia de Havilland...Yes! 100yrs old...! :).
    (Hope for me yet then).

  2. Well done to the winners. Love the images on this post Yvonne. I would happily have any of the items in my house, wonderful stuff.

  3. Congrats to Stacy and Cherry! I just finished reading Rebecca, and I suspect our Magic Love Crow Goddess will enjoy it.

Now, I might have to search for a copy of Stories for Late at Night. The cover is just too brilliant!

  4. I just love Alfred Hitchcock. That man was insane! When I was little I used to do the BEST Alfred Hitchcock impression.

  5. I won??? Really??? WOW!! Thank you! But, I live in Canada, don't mail it yet! I will let you know Yvonne! If Magaly says I will enjoy this book, I know I will! So happy! Thanks again! Big Hugs!

  6. Selfish me!! Congrats to Cherre!! We are both very lucky!! Very kind of you Yvonne to have two giveaways!

  7. Oh, great Alfred Hitchcock finds!!

  8. Congratulations to the two winners .... great prizes for them both. I just adore that fabric you have featured in your first photo. Have a great weekend Yvonne :-)

  9. Congrats to the winners! I think I shall add Rebecca to my reading list for the summer, LOL. All the Hitchcock memorabilia reminded me how much I liked his stuff. I think I may need to revisit them with the children this summer.

  10. Wow Yvonne! Thank you so much, you are so generous! Needless to say that I am thrilled! xx

  11. The fabric is amazing! And the books. xxx

  12. I love all the Alfred Hitchcock memorabilia! He was a master and I loved every film he made. I didn't know that there were books from him or about the Three Investigators books. I loved Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys when I was young, and I sure would have loved the Three Investigators too! Congrats to Magic and Cherre! I bet they'll be thrilled with their books! You're so generous and fun, Yvonne. You rock!!

  13. He was one of the true geniuses of our time :) amazing storyteller.

I wish you a wonderful start to the week :)
